Mario has more than 26 years of experience in litigation and arbitration. His practice focuses on contractual, civil, commercial, and administrative disputes.
He advises and represents domestic and international companies, including the extractive industries. He combines specialized knowledge of procedural law with rigor in case preparation and advocacy.
He previously served as partner and head of Litigation at Godoy Hoyos, now Godoy Holdings, and as senior associate and head of Dispute Resolution at Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría, where he represented clients for more than 16 years. He has also practiced as independent counsel.
